Why the agriculture entity sits in Yunnan
Yunnan is a major agricultural province, and Lincang — where Gengma is located — is a concentrated production area for sugarcane, tea, macadamia and winter vegetables. Agri-input distribution is not an office business: warehousing, delivery and usage guidance all happen next to the fields. Placing the entity in the production area is the most practical part of this investment.

The company is the operating vehicle of Feikui's smart agriculture business: one end connects to agri-input supply, the other carries field validation of the smart agriculture management system. Division of labour with Shandong Feikui
Shandong Feikui Technology (95% shareholder) develops the systems and digital capability; Yunnan Feikui Agriculture owns production-area resources, channels and field services. The split is clear: one side builds the system, the other proves it on real farmland.
Smart agriculture at Feikui is not a slogan; it has two halves — the agri-input distribution we can do today, and the management system still in development. The first is already operating in Gengma. The second is still on its way.
