Capability 1
Platform customisation
Registries, inspections, tickets, repair requests, approvals — systems people actually use and auditors actually need, shaped around existing processes rather than forcing the business to bend to software.

Business
Three lines, three jobs: O&M keeps systems usable year after year, agriculture brings rigour to inputs and cultivation, and software distils both into reusable systems.
01 / Intelligent O&M
No single piece of software solves O&M. Devices sit on walls, in equipment rooms and along roadsides, and failures don't keep office hours. So Feikui's O&M has two layers: the platform sees and remembers; the engineers fix and stand duty. AI is built into the platform — filtering noise and surfacing anomalies first.
The DADI Intelligent Security O&M System (DADI-OPS) manages security devices; the FAHOU Green Energy O&M System (FAHOU-EMS) manages green-energy stations. Device registries, inspection plans, alarm grading and ticket workflows live in one set of records, closed out by field results.
AI in the platform does three things: turns video into searchable events; converges duplicate and jittery alarms; and suggests maintenance ahead of degradation. By the time an engineer arrives, the ticket already carries the diagnosis.
Inventory devices and cabling; confirm current state and legacy issues.
Devices, points and maintenance history entered into the platform.
Planned inspections; graded fault response with on-site resolution.
Closed loops, O&M reports and improvement suggestions.
Campus and building surveillance; government and school security; bank branch equipment; PV and storage stations; dispersed points needing long-term duty.
02 / Smart Agriculture
Smart agriculture at Feikui has two halves: pesticide distribution, already running; and a management system in development. The first is licensed and already operating; the second has not been released, and we do not present it as a shipping product.
The pesticide business is operated by our affiliate Yunnan Feikui Agriculture Co., Ltd., which holds a pesticide business licence covering pesticides, with restricted-use products excluded.

We do not trade restricted-use pesticides. Product information is governed by product labels and pesticide registration certificates; no efficacy claims are made on this page.
An agricultural management tool in development, aiming to make agri-inputs traceable from purchase through sale to field use, with ledgers for on-farm input application. Not yet released; features are subject to the official version.

03 / Software Development
Software development is not about picking a stack first — it's about understanding who makes which decision at which step. Most of our systems come from our own O&M and agriculture business: we use them ourselves before offering them to others.
Capability 1
Registries, inspections, tickets, repair requests, approvals — systems people actually use and auditors actually need, shaped around existing processes rather than forcing the business to bend to software.
Capability 2
Surveillance over GB/T 28181; energy and station devices over vendor protocols — bringing scattered data to one place.
Capability 3
Applications around recognition, alarm triage and reporting: vision and time-series models embedded into existing workflows — no demos without a scenario.
FAQ
Service model, onboarding and pricing — up front, so we skip a round of emails.
Pricing depends on the number of devices and points and the service level (whether 7×24 duty is included). We usually start with an access assessment — an inventory of devices and cabling — and then quote from a scoped proposal.
Yes. Existing devices are integrated over standard protocols such as GB/T 28181 and reused wherever possible; any necessary replacements are flagged up front during the assessment, not buried in the proposal.
No. The service level is set by contract — business-hours response or full 7×24 duty — with inspection frequency and reporting cadence adjusted accordingly.
The Feikui Smart Agriculture Management System is still in development and has not been released; features are subject to the official release. Pesticide distribution is operated by our affiliate Yunnan Feikui Agriculture Co., Ltd. under licence.
It depends on process complexity and the number of systems to integrate. We start by mapping your current workflow and data sources, then propose a phased schedule — we don't make promises we can't back up.
Device list, number of points, existing systems, the biggest headache — that's enough for us to give you a judgement.
