On 26 March 2026, with the approval of the market regulation authority, the company was officially renamed from “Qingdao DADI Security Co., Ltd.” to “Shandong Feikui Technology Co., Ltd.”, along with changes to the business scope and the registration authority.
More than a new name
The rename reflects a restructured business. The updated scope adds technical services, software development and sales, AI application software development, information system integration and operation & maintenance services, and security system design and construction; licensed items now cover internet information services.
From security engineering to intelligent O&M, from project delivery to software products — Feikui aims to be a technology company that lets AI understand the field and catch anomalies early. The brand is unified as “Feikui”; “DADI” continues as the established business brand, and “FAHOU” corresponds to the green-energy O&M line.
From April 2026, the company has been processing the change of trademark registrant names and related formalities to keep IP registrations aligned with the new entity.
The rename changes none of our commitments. Existing contracts, response times and after-sales arrangements continue as usual.
