Feikui Trademark Filing Program Launched Across Six Classes

183 wordsFeikui News

In November 2025, the company completed the search and class planning for the “Feikui” trademark series and officially launched a new round of registrations.

The program maps to the three business lines: intelligent O&M and security engineering in Class 9 (scientific instruments) and Class 37 (construction and repair); software and AI products in Class 38 (telecommunications) and Class 42 (software services); smart agriculture and brand communication in Class 7 (machines), Class 12 (vehicles) and Class 41 (education and entertainment).

Why now

A brand is a technology company's first layer of assets. As the company evolved from a single-line security contractor into an intelligent O&M and AI software provider, the existing “DADI” mark could no longer cover the new business — a trademark portfolio matching the business structure was needed.

A trademark typically takes about a year from filing to registration, through formal examination, substantive examination and preliminary publication. Filing early is what keeps the brand name firmly in hand when the business scales.

The filings are handled by a professional IP agency, and the company will follow each mark through examination and publication.
